What are the benefits?

The main benefit of this specialist service will be in handling the dispatch elements of a loading bay easily and efficiently, but our user-friendly software can do all these things:

  • Monitor and manage goods-in
  • Deal with and administer to the suppliers
  • Collect CO2 data under BREEAM
  • Issue reports for deliveries booked, deliveries made, damaged items, missing items and no shows.
  • Issue site protocols
  • Collect health questionnaires.
  • Digital photographic inventory system.

The system

The system can be run remotely by us from our offices, be managed on site by our trained (including SIA trained) staff or be provided as a standalone software solution managed solely by you, the client.

There are so many benefits:

  • Delivery slots can be raised and given to delivery companies to enable smooth running
  • Goods out slots can also be managed
  • Missing and damaged items can be inventoried
  • You will be able to choose to upload photos of the vehicles arriving and leaving providing a greater level of security
  • The software and database will be held securely in the cloud but can be managed at HQ
  • We can flexibly adapt to your bespoke requirements.
